About Department
- The department of compulsory environmental studies was established in the
year 2000, when environmental studies was introduced as a compulsory subject in under
graduate level for B.A., B.Sc. and B.Com. Courses. Teachers of this department try their
level best to build up the awareness regarding environmental affairs among all students.
Every year this department organizes fieldwork as per C.U syllabus. The Department also
has a good collection of books and journals to enrich the knowledge of students.
